Stewardship Sunday: The way of love is about how we live our lives as the beloved. God has been so very generous to us, and in return, we are called to give back to God in thanksgiving for all we have received. It is not simply about how much we give through our time and talents, although that is important. It is also necessary for us to give of our treasure to support the mission, ministry, and maintenance of our parish. As we follow the Way of Love together, I ask that you prayerfully consider how you will support the mission of St. Paul’s. You will receive a letter and pledge card. Please fill it out and return it to St. Paul’s by November 19th so that we may plan the budget for ministries in the new year.

Rocky Knoll Christmas Gifts: We are collecting small items for residents of Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility for Christmas gifts. There is a list of suggested items on the table in the back of the church. Please bring the gifts unwrapped. All gifts will be delivered Friday, December 1st. Please see Judy Scribner for details.

UTO Ingathering: We will have an ingathering of our United Thank Offering – UTO now through November 26th. Please bring in your boxes and envelopes with your offering to be brought up with the monetary offering on the 26th. Thanks be to God for our many blessings.

Adult Formation: During Advent on Sundays at 9:00am we will be studying angels. We will discuss what they are and are not, what the Bible says about them, the named angels, and our guardian angels. Mother Michele will lead the class.

Bible Study: We will begin a study of Inspired: Slaying Giant, Walking on Water, and Loving the Bible Again by Rachel Held Evans. Tentatively this will be 2nd & 4th Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm. Please see Dawn Bartz, Colleen Carreno or Mother Michele if you are interested and would like a book.

Healing Team: All who are interested in learning about the gift of healing are invited to the study of Jesus’ healing miracles. We will gather and share our lives and concerns with one another, study the miracles, and then pray with and for one another. Those who feel called to pray healing for others will have the opportunity during Communion time during Sunday worship. Tentatively we will meet on Thursdays from 12:30-2:00pm. Please see Mother Michele if you are interested in attending or if you have questions.
